Otero Games respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Roundabout™ mobile application collects, uses, and handles information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Roundabout does not require users to create an account or provide an email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, or audio files.
When players use Roundabout’s online multiplayer mode, the app may process:
• A player-entered display name
• Game-room or invitation codes
• Game moves, game state, and other app interactions
• Messages voluntarily sent through the in-game chat
Players may use the computer-opponent and same-device modes without transmitting online multiplayer information. Use of the in-game chat is optional.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
This information is used only to provide app functionality, including connecting invited players, synchronizing online games, and delivering chat messages between players in the same game.
Roundabout does not use this information for advertising, marketing, analytics, personalization, credit scoring, or account management.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
Otero Games does not sell users’ personal information.
Information may be transmitted through service providers used to operate Roundabout’s online features. Chat messages and game information are delivered to the invited opponent as part of the online game requested by the players.
DATA RETENTION
Online game information and chat messages may be retained temporarily while needed to operate a game session and maintain the service. Roundabout does not maintain permanent user accounts or personal profiles.
DATA SECURITY
Information transmitted between the app and its online services is encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS security.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Roundabout is intended for users age 13 and older. Otero Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
FUTURE CHANGES
Roundabout may add features in the future, such as advertising or optional purchases. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any changes affecting users’ privacy take effect.
